Conservative Surgery in Renal Oncocytoma

Renal oncocytomas are rare, probably benign tumors, found incidentally in the course of investigations of the genitourinary tract. The accurate diagnosis can be established only after the histological and ultrastruchiral analysis. We report here 2 cases of renal oncocytoma, in which although it is a solid tumor we preserved the kidney.

Renal Onkositomlar, genito-üriner traktusun tarandığı durumlarda tesadüfen bulunan, muhtemelen benign tümörlerdir. Kesin tanı sadece histolojik ve ultrastrüktiirel yapılarının incelenmesiyle konulabilir. Bu çalışmada solid renal tümör olmasına rağmen böbreğini koruduğumuz 2 renal onkositom olgusu sunduk.
