Malignant Fibrous Histiocytoma of The Breast. Four Cases.

In the present study 4 cases of malignant fibrous histiocytoma, 3 primary and 1 secondary in breast localization is presented. One of the patients was male. Mean age is 51.5 cm Mean diameter of tumors are found 5.1 cm Paraffin embedded block sections are stained with HE and examined by light microscope and hictochemical analysis are also performed. By using these methods, 2 cases are diagnosed as storiform, 1 case storifonn-mixoid and 1 case angiomatoid and giant-cell variant.

Memede Malign Fibröz Histiositoma(*) 4 Olgu

Meme lokalizasyonlu 3 primer, bir sekonder malign fibröz histiositom olgusu sunulmuştur. Olgulardan biri erkektir. Yaş ortalaması 51.5 olup ortalama tümör çapı 5.1 cm.'dir. Rutin parafin takip, HE ve histokimyasal yöntemler uygulanarak ışık mikroskopuyla, ikisine storiform tipte, birine storiform+mixoid tipte ve birine de angiomatoid+dev hücreli tipte malign fibröz histiositom tanısı konmuştur.
