Mucinous Carcinoma of The Breast ( 8 Cases)

In this study, 8 cases of mucinous carcinomas (2.6 %), which are found in overall 301 mammary carcinoma cases were examined. Five tumors were of the pure type and three were mixed. Ali had abundant neutral and acidic mucin. Of the five pure mucinous tumors, three were devoid of argyrophilic granules. The other two pure mucinous tumors were rich in ar- gyrophilic granules. The pure type (20 %) showed less frequent nodal involvement than in the mixed type (66.6 %)

Memenin Müsinöz Karsinomları (8 Olgu)

Bu çalışmada 301 meme karsinomu olgusu içinde saptanan sekiz müsinöz karsinom(% 2.6) incelendi. Beş tümör saf, üç tümör bileşik tiptedir. Bütün tümörler bol nötral ve asidik müsin içermektedir. Beş saf müsinöz karsinomun üçünde argirofilik granül yoktur. Diğer iki saf müsinöz tümör argirofilik granüllerden zengindi. Saf müsinöz karsinomlarda (% 20), bileşik müsinöz karsinomlardan (% 66.6) daha az lenf nodülü tutulumu görüldü.
