Covid-19 ve Sindirim Sistemi Gözde Derviþ Hakim, Sevil Özer Sarý S.b.ü. Tepecik Eðitim Ve Araþtýrma Hastanesi, Ýzmir. Gastroenteroloji Bölümü Çin’in Wuhan kentinde, Aralýk 2019 ‘da ilk defa görülen akut respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS- CoV-2), coronavirus hastalýðý 2019 (Covid-19) olarak bilinen, tüm dünyada 100 den fazla ülkeyi ve 3,5 milyondan fazla insaný etkilemiþtir. Önceleri sadece solunum yolu enfeksiyonu gibi görülse de, virüsün patogenezi anlaþýldýkça özellikle gastrointestinal sistem tutulumu ve fekal oral yayýlýmýn da önemli olduðu görülmüþtür. Bu yazýda; Gastrointestinal Sistem Tutulumu Mekanizmasý, Gastrointestinal Semptomlar, Gastrointestinal Sistem Tutulumuna Dair Histopatolojik Bulgular, Karaciðer tutulumu, Fekal –Oral Bulaþ konularý tartýþýlacaktýr. Although it was seen only as a respiratory infection in the begining, it was seen that gastrointestinal system involvement and fecal oral spread were important as the pathogenesis of the virus was understood. In this review article, we summarized the mechanism of the gastrointestinal system involvement, gastrointestinal symptoms, histopathological findings of gastrointestinal system involvement, liver functions, fecal- oral transmission.
